The cabins are nestled in a 130 acre cove overlooking the Smoky Mountains with three stocked fishing ponds, nature and hiking trails, places for jogging, strolling and biking, lovely landscaped grounds, a mountain stocked trout stream called Jonathan Creek for fishing and tubing and our Fraser Fir Christmas tree farm. A bird watching, flower gardener and nature lovers paradise. The fishing ponds are stocked with rainbow trout, blue gill, bass and catfish… and the fishing is free with no license required. There are 4miles of marked hiking trails that go by Jonathan Creek, through the Christmas trees, through the woods and up to the cell tower at an elevation of 4200 ft. Other outdoor activities you may also enjoy include basketball, badminton, volleyball, corn hole, campfires at each cabin, outdoor fire pit and sledding in the winter. Snow skiing and snowboarding at nearby Cataloochee Ski Area in Maggie Valley offer KIDS SKI FREE during the snow skiing season which allows children17 and under to stay here free and ski free with a paying adilut during the snow skiing season, Sundays through Thursdays excluding holidays.

The 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom cabins have full kitchens including a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, wood burning fireplaces, cable TV and DVD, telephones, wireless internet access, washers and dryers, porches with rocking chairs, decks with picnic tables and charcoal grills, and outdoor fire pits.
